Happy 4th of July! We didn't do much but we did go and see the fireworks downtown. The girls liked it and Kyla slept through it all. Kyla is a little over a week old now and she seems to be a pretty content, happy baby. Shawn is enjoying his time off, spending lots of time with the girls. Which makes it really easy on me, I feel like I'm on vacation. Ashlyn said yesterday that she wants daddy to never have to go back to work again. Anyway hope you enjoy the pics. |

Our new little girl is here. Born on June 26th 7:30 a.m. 6lbs 12oz, 19 1/2 inches long. Her name is Kyla Rachel. We are now home with her. Ashlyn and Emmie are fascinated with her and love her a lot. The girls don't want to leave her alone, we are hoping this will end in a couple of days. She's a beautiful little girl. She looks a lot like the other girls when they were born, especially like Ashlyn except tinier. She has dimples and little bit of dark hair. Anyway thank you for all your prayers and hope you enjoy the pictures. |

Whew! I'm so glad this week is over. We've been busy with VBS this week plus Ashlyn's big recital Friday night. So we've had several rehearsals this week and many nights at church. We missed the last night of VBS for Ashlyn's recital. Ashlyn did really good on both of her dances. The first one was Circus Circus and the second one was Mandalay Bay. When she was done with her second dance we were waiting in the hall for Daddy, Nanna and Aunt Shannon, she wanted to know why all the other little girls had flowers but she was very suprised when Daddy came out with a bouquet of flowers just for her.[more] |
