Happy Valentine's Day! This week has been pretty busy. It has included roasting marshmallows with grandma and grandpa, a workshop at Lowe's for Ashlyn, our first story time at the local library, Ashlyn and Emmie's first gymnastics class here in Franklin and we also had a valentine's party today with all the cousins. On Saturday Shawn took Ashlyn to Lowe's for a kid's workshop and she built a valentine's mailbox. Then that evening Grandma and Grandpa came over for dinner and afterwards we roasted marshmallows on our back porch. [more] |

Well we are finally here in Franklin. We're slowly getting settled in. We've got most of our stuff unpacked but there still seems like there is a lot to do. We had a lot of people from Jacksonville help us pack up on Friday and then we had a lot of people come and help us unpack once we got here. Thanks to everyone who helped us pack and unpack. We couldn't have done it without you. I'll probably post some more pics of the inside of the house later for those of you who want to see it. It's been a little crazy. We had a super bowl party last night and it was fun. We had family and some new friends come over. All the cousins got to play together. I think they are really going to enjoy playing together. |

This is just a quick post to tell you all Happy New Year! We are finally back from all of our holiday travels. We enjoyed visiting everyone but we are definitely happy to be home (at least for a couple weeks before we move to our new home). There are a couple pictures from this past weekend. We went and visitied Nanny and Papa and saw their goats. Emmie got rammed by one of them, which was pretty scary at the moment but now Papa calls her goat girl. We also got to visit with Grandma and Grandpa Albers and Nanna and Grandpa Ralph. Well, everyone else is resting so I think I might join them. Hope everyone has a great '08! |
